I bought this Pigeon fermented mustard expecting something bold, but I found it a bit mild. While the 2 oz jars are handy, I wish it had more heat. It works well in salad dressings, though.

I love using this Pigeon mustard in my dipping sauces! The 5 oz size is just right for my family get-togethers. It's got that fermented tang that pairs wonderfully with pretzels. Definitely a new staple in my kitchen!

Interesting taste but tricky to find
The flavor of this mustard is quite interesting, but I had a hard time finding it in stores. The packaging is neat with the 2 oz size being easy to use, but it took longer to arrive than I expected. Worth trying if you're adventurous!
