Product Description
The Giacomini family has been making cheese on their family farm since 2000, using the milk of their Holstein cows. Point Reyes Original Blue was thier first and signature recipe: a traditional, foil-wrapped blue cheese made from raw cow milk, with a moist, ultra-creamy texture and medium-strong blue flavor. Point Reyes Original Blue is extremely versatile: refined enough for a cheese plate but also an amazing base for blue cheese dressing, excellent atop a steak or burger, or fork crumbled over spinach salad. Point Reyes Original Blue is gluten-free and made with vegetarian rennet.
