When shipped during the winter months, and when refrigerated at cold temperatures, it will take on a cloudy color and might form small particles on the bottom of the bottle. If you simply leave it out of the refrigerator for several hours, or put it in a warm water bath, it will change back to a dark red/purple color. The concentrate is fine to drink.
