The olive groves are located in Lleida, 140 km. from Barcelona, in the heart of the Catalan Olive Oil production area. Pons Traditional Family Selection EVOO is the prefect choice for everyday family cooking. It is well-balanced oil, with a fresh aroma and a slightly peppery finish. It is excellent for dressing as well as cooking and has a maximum acidity of 0.5%.
