The base Finished product has a light golden-brown appearance with an even sprinkling of salt. Micro Minis have a crisp, tender but relatively hard bite. The inner crumb should be tight. The Nuggets and Treats have a dark golden-brown appearance, and the inner crumb should be airy and cracker like. The medley consists of an even amount of pretzel nuggets, treats and micro minis. After seasoning, the surface appears partially covered with light yellow colored, free flowing black specks that congregate primarily in the pretzels. The flavor profile can be described as dairy notes, salt, with smoky notes.
