Hi everyone, Id love a moment to introduce myself and share why I created this coffee creamerMy name is Courtney and Im the founder, CEO of Prymal. This entire journey started 5 yrs ago when my dad told my family hed been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. I remember feeling a pit in my stomach. My parents mean everything to me, and I knew the health complications Type II lead to. As a family, we began re-evaluating + cutting out foods and fortunately, my dad found healthy swaps for most things he liked...EXCEPT for his coffee. For as long as I could remember, coffee and family meals were the center of our life. The smell of Coffeemate brings back amazing memories. The problem was my parents were drinking almost 600 calories (yes, we measured) of sugary creamer EVERY DAY. I wasted so much money and time buying the natural alternatives to try, hoping hed commit to the switch. None came remotely close.This is where my journey began--if no one had created a creamer that tasted like Coffeemate but had a nutritional profile I felt comfortable giving to my parents, then Id make it.Here we are! :) FREE FROM hydrogenated oils, titanium dioxide, sugar, chemical sweeteners, and absolutely no corn syrup solidsI sourced ethical MCT oil, Coconut Oil and Organic Coconut Milk. And instead of pure stevia (which can be off-putting) I created my own proprietary blend of stevia, erythritol, monk fruit and chicory root which I named KetoSweet. There are tons of different grades of stevia and I went through 5 different sources to finally pick the smoothest one.
