Unlike its dutch-processed counterparts, this cacao powder is produced without an alkalizing agent, preserving its unique flavor, color, and nutrients. Our unsweetened cacao powder is made from single origin beans sourced through our Transparent Trade program which pays farmers stable premiums above Fair Trade prices.
