Real Ranger Coffee Recipe

Real Ranger Coffee is DFAC (Dining Facility) coffee that the cooks started 3hrs prior to opening. It is percolator coffee with salt added to the water to prevent scalding and remove bitterness. The coffee has sat so long that it has turned thick and very concentrated, hence the turpentine moniker. It is definitely an acquired taste. 

This blend includes Arabica and Robusta coffee beans.
