Unlike store-bought “creamed honey” made with additives or heat, our creamed honey is created using a traditional seeding method. We blend our orchard honey as the seed with our Homers Classic raw honey to guide the crystallization process naturally — resulting in a rich, caramel-toned honey with deep citrus notes and an incredibly creamy finish.
