Great yeast for baking bread!

Decent yeast, but packaging could improve

Good quality yeast for pizza dough
I used this Red Star yeast to make pizza dough, and it performed well. The 4 oz is just right for multiple batches. My only issue was that it took a little longer to rise than I expected, but the flavor was on point! I’d buy it again.
