Regular rolled oats (sometimes called old fashioned oats) are made from kilned, whole groats processed by flaking and steaming. These regular oat flakes are mostly served as a popular, hot breakfast meal. In addition, they are a primary ingredient in a number of products such as cookies, breads and granola.
Unfortunately, my order of these oats came with a small hole in the bag, and some oats spilled during shipping. The oats themselves are fine, but I was disappointed with the packaging. Just be careful when ordering!

Great Quality Oats for Baking!
I bought these 50 lbs of rolled oats for my bakery and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is amazing, and they work perfectly for all my oatmeal cookies and granola bars. Definitely worth the bulk purchase!

Good oats, but heavy to store
These oats are nice and fresh. I use them for breakfast and baking. The only downside is that the 50 lbs bag is quite cumbersome to store in my kitchen. A smaller size would be ideal for home use.
