Meringues can be whipped to the ideal firmness for pies, pastries, and cakes. Thanks to a blend of dehydrated egg whites and sugar, they cut down on prep time. Each packet yields 56 oz. of meringue, offering a simple, user-friendly solution for every team member.
Mixing Directions: 1. Add 18 Oz (2 Cups + 2 Oz) Cold Water And One 24 Oz Package Of One-Step Meringue Mix To A Large Mixer Bowl With Wire Whip. 2. Whip At Medium Speed For 2 Minutes. 3. Whip At High Speed 5 - 6 Minutes Or Until Desired Consistency. 4. Deposit On Top Of Pies And Bake At 425 F (Conventional) Until Desired Browning. Note: One Bag Of Meringue Mix With One Quart Of Water Yields 56 Ounces Of Meringue.
