Rosemary is the perfect herb for seasoning pork and lamb, from chops to roasts. Try rosemary on chicken and fish with garlic, pepper and salt. Rosemary is often used with oregano in Italian dishes. If you are cooking for children, the powdered rosemary is nice. Easy to use, but doesnt stay fresh very long.
The rosemary powder is nice and has a decent flavor, but I expected a bit more punch from it. Maybe I’m just used to fresher herbs. Still, it works fine in my recipes and I appreciate the jar packaging. Just took a bit longer to arrive than I thought.

I bought this Penzeys rosemary powder for my cooking, and it has seriously elevated my dishes. The aroma is incredible and the flavor is so fresh! Perfect for seasoning meats and adding to soups. Definitely a go-to in my spice cabinet now!

Disappointed with the color
I received my Penzeys rosemary powder and was surprised by how it looked. It seemed a bit dull and not bright green like I expected. I've used it a couple of times, but the flavor wasn't as strong. Really bummed about this purchase.
