Penne Rigate is one of the most versatile and widely used shapes of Italian cuisine. These ridged tubes combine perfectly with all types of sauces, from the classics to more modern, creative interpretations.
The Rummo Penne Rigate was good, but I expected a bit more flavor. It cooked well and had that nice al dente texture, but it didn't wow me like some other brands. Still, not bad for the price.

Arrived broken and dusty
I was excited to try Rummo pasta, but the package arrived with a lot of broken pieces and dust everywhere. Not sure if I'll order this again since it was a mess to clean up. Maybe better luck next time?
