Their small cracker operation, bloomed into multiple cafes and a line of all hand made cookies and crackers. To this day, they bake everything by hand and use only the best organic ingredients. Their products are low in fat, nutrient dense and naturally delicious.Flatbreads are traditionally hand-made in wood-fired oven kilns and served with an assortment of dips and vegetables. Try them at your next party!Varieties include:Sweet Onion and Crme Fraiche Sourdough: Sweet organic onions are mellowed by careful oven roasting. Straus Dairy cream is used for their own rich crme fraiche flavor.
