Shan Daal Makhni Recipe Mix Helps You Prepare The Traditional South Indian Dish For A Wholesome Meal Time.
Cooking Method:
1. Heat 1 Cup (200Ml) Cooking Oil, Add ½ Tsp. Crushed Garlic And Stir Fry Until Light Brown.
2. Add ¾ Cup (200G) Tomato Puree And Cook For 2-3 Minutes On Medium Heat.
3. Add 2 Tbsp. (20G) Shan Daal Makhni Masala, Stir Fry And Add Cooked Daal Along With Water.
4. Reduce Heat And Cook For 10-15 Minutes.
5. Add 2 Tbsp. Cream & ½ Cup (100G) Melted Butter. Stir Fry And Remove From Heat.
6. Blend/Mash Cooked Daal For 1-2 Minutes. (Avoid To Make Fine Paste) Serve Hot
