Arrived damaged, disappointing experience
I was really looking forward to trying this birch xylitol sweetener, but it showed up with the bag torn and half spilled out. The product itself might be good, but I can't rate it higher than 1 star when I received it in such poor condition. Really disappointed!

Okay, but not what I expected
So, I bought this Sno-Pure sweetener thinking it would taste exactly like sugar, but it's a bit different. The texture is great, and I appreciate that it's gluten-free and vegan, but the flavor isn't quite what I hoped for. Still, it does the job for my coffee!
