The company, since its birth, aims to optimize the cultivation and harvesting of salt by combining its activities with total respect for the "saline ecosystem". The quality of Trapani Sea Salt allows us to be present on the national market and in over 32 other countries in the world.
- SoSalt uses the salt extraction technique, adopted in the Trapani saltworks, is based on the spontaneous evaporation of sea water.
- Hand-Harvested: Harvesting by hand is done according to the traditional system that has been handed down for generations.
