Not What I Expected
I ordered these expecting them to be ground and ready to use. I was a bit disappointed to find they were whole seeds, which I had to grind myself. It's a hassle, but they are organic, so I guess it's worth it in the end.

Perfect for My Diet
I love this organic flaxseed! It fits perfectly into my healthy eating plan. I sprinkle it on yogurt and salads, and it’s fantastic. My only small complaint is that I wish the seeds were a bit easier to measure out of the bag.

Great for Baking!
I added these whole flaxseeds to my bread recipe, and wow, what a nutty flavor! They also add great texture. I like knowing they’re organic too. Just wish the packaging was resealable for easier storage.
