Brewing: To savor the full flavor of our teas, bring fresh water toa
rolling boil. Pour hot water directly over the tea bag in apre-heated pot
or cup. Brew 3-5 minutes or to desired taste. Onetea bag makes 8 ounces of
hot tea. For iced tea brew doublestrength. Single Serving: Bring fresh
water to a rolling boil. Poura cup (7 oz) of hot water directly over the
tea bag. Brew 3-5minutes or to desired taste. Mix in 1 oz milk and 1 tbsp.
sugar.1/2 Gallon: Bring 7 cups (56 oz) fresh water to a rolling water over
10 tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Mix in1-cup milk and 1/2-cup
sugar. Stove Top Method (for a creamier,more flavorful drink): Mix 7 cups
(56 oz) of fresh water, 1 cupmilk and 1/2 cup sugar in a sauce pan. Add 10
tea bags. Place onstovetop and bring to a rolling boil. Let boil 2 to 4 tea
bags and enjoy. Evaporated milk may be substituted forregular milk for an
even creamier drink.
