Tasty but a bit crumbly
I tried the whole wheat matzo from Streit's and it’s pretty good, but I found it crumbled more than I expected. It tastes great with some spreads, though, and the 11 oz size is nice for snacking. Just be careful when you bite into it!

Disappointed in the texture
I was looking forward to trying Streit's whole wheat matzo, but it wasn't what I hoped for. The texture felt off, a bit too dry for my taste. It’s okay for some recipes, but I probably won’t buy it again. Might stick with traditional next time.
