The Thai Kitchen green curry paste has a nice flavor and is easy to use in my recipes. However, I found it to be a bit spicier than I expected. I usually love a kick, but sometimes it overpowers the other ingredients in my dishes. Overall, still a solid product, especially since it’s vegan!

Packaging Issues on Arrival
I was excited to try this green curry paste, but when it arrived, one of the packs was damaged and leaking. The flavor is good, but dealing with the mess was frustrating. I hope the packaging gets improved in the future. It’s a great product otherwise, just a bummer about the shipping!
