This isn’t your average instant coffee. We start with single-origin, specialty-grade beans, brew them into a rich extract, then flash-freeze and place them in a vacuum chamber. This process removes ice crystals while preserving natural oils and flavor compounds, resulting in intensely flavorful coffee granules. Whether you prefer hot or cold coffee, our granules dissolve effortlessly, delivering a bold and satisfying cup every time.
Altitude & Processing: 1,400-1,800 MASL (meters above sea level)
Washed processing method enhances the clean, bright flavors characteristic of high-altitude Papua New Guinea coffees. The beans are carefully fermented and washed to remove the mucilage completely, resulting in a clean, crisp cup profile that maintains its character through the freeze-drying process.
Includes a food safe foil lined tube with an included serving scoop. There is 18-27 servings (54g) per tube (depending on taste).
