Red Currants Are Brought To The Boil And Simmered Gently. The Juice And Fruit Is Then Transferred To Our Fruit Press Where It Is Squeezed Slowly To Extract The Maximum Amount Of Juice From The Fruit.
The jelly itself is fine, but my jar arrived with a dent in the lid. It didn’t affect the jelly, but it was annoying. Flavor-wise it’s good, just don’t expect flawless packaging.
