100% coconut paste to cook different dishes one of them the delicious sweet coconut rice from Colombia. Packaged in a glass jar is 4.3 oz to avoid plastic contamination. Recipe printed in jar for Coconut Rice! 3/4 of Jar is Coconut "nut" crushed and top is white color of the coconut oil.
The product itself is pretty good and adds a nice coconut flavor to my dishes. However, the packaging arrived slightly dented. It didn't affect the concentrate, but it was a bit disappointing. Still happy with the taste, though!

Not what I expected
Unfortunately, the Titote coconut concentrate didn’t work well for my curries. The flavor was off, and it didn’t blend as well as I’d hoped. It’s thick and rich, but just not for savory dishes in my opinion. I’ll stick to fresh coconut next time.
