Great mix, but packaging issues
The pancake mix itself is fantastic, but my boxes arrived a bit dented which made them hard to store. But the mix worked well, and the pancakes were fluffy. Just wish the delivery was better!

Fluffy Pancakes Every Time!
I picked up the Trader Joe's Buttermilk Pancake Mix and wow, my pancakes have never been fluffier! The 32oz is a great size for my family, and I appreciate that it comes in two boxes. Definitely made Sunday brunch more special!
