True Delicious Gluten Free Ingredients Almond Biscotti are made in Petaluma CA with 100% natural non-GMO locally sourced ingredients. These biscotti make a great snack dessert or gift. They are great with coffee tea wine or just by themselves. In Italy they are known as Cantucci. They are baked twice and are crunchy but not hard. True Delicious Biscotti are handmade and their size may vary but each box contains at least 6oz of product. During shipping it is normal to find some crumbs at the bottom of the box. Allergens: This product is made on shared equipment in a facility that also processes wheat dairy soy peanuts sesame and other tree nuts. In our kitchen we do our best to avoid all cross contamination. Our gluten free recipes are intended for people that are following a gluten free diet and for all people that have a non-severe gluten sensitivity. Not for celiacs.
