Pumpkin Powder Unpretentious Pumpkin Powder is made from pure dehydrated and powdered pumpkin. Mix it into icing or frosting for a natural orange dye and light pumpkin taste, or sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice over a latte or eggnog. Get baking with Unpretentious! To reconstitute, use 2:1 warm water to powder. Stir together and let sit for 20 minutes. Use in recipes that call for pumpkin puree.
