Product Description
This high-protein hard red spring wheat from Wheat Montana is naturally air-dried with low moisture and excellent baking quality. This product is Certified Glyphosate Free and Non-GMO!
Bronze Chief wheat berries have plump kernels that bake up darker in color and are denser than white wheat, making them excellent for artisan-style bread and other baked goods.
The term "red" refers to the color of the wheat berries, which can range from light brown to deep red.
Red Wheat Berries are packed with nutritional goodness:
- Loaded with fiber to promote digestive health
- High in iron, zinc, and magnesium, which are essential for bone and muscle health.
- A good source of vitamin B and vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant.
