My Berrys Wild Blueberry Powder is made from 100% whole wild lowbush blueberries, grown and wild-harvested in Canada- not imported overseas. These naturally smaller, more flavorful berries are known to have higher antioxidant levels than larger, cultivated highbush varieties. We use a proprietary low-heat drying method that preserves the entire fruit- skin, pulp, and fiber- without adding sugar, fillers, or flow agents like silicon dioxide. This results in a nutrient-dense powder packed with deep purple color, natural aroma, and a rich blueberry flavor. One teaspoon of our powder equals cup of fresh wild blueberries, making it a convenient, shelf-stable superfruit addition to smoothies, yogurt, baking, and more. Because our powder is pure and free from additives, some natural clumping may occur-simply shake or stir as needed.
