Good powder, but a bit pricey
The viburnum powder is nice and adds a unique taste, but it feels a bit expensive for just 2 oz. I was expecting a bigger container for the price. It works well in my morning oatmeal, though!

Disappointing texture and taste
Unfortunately, the viburnum powder arrived clumpy and didn’t dissolve well in liquids. The flavor also wasn’t as vibrant as I had hoped. I tried it in various recipes, but it just didn’t work for me. Not what I expected for a natural product.
