From the lush hills of Vereda Imperial in Supatá, Cundinamarca at 1670 MASL, this washed Yellow Bourbon lot comes from our family farm, Finca Bugambilias, lovingly cultivated by producer Juan Gonzalez. This vibrant expression of the varietal offers a clean and aromatic profile with medium citric acidity and a juicy medium body.

Flavor Profile: A bright and expressive cup with tart-sweet cape gooseberry, zesty lime, and herbal lemongrass, rounded by the natural sweetness of sugar cane.
