From the lush slopes of Finca Alto Bonito in Salento, where cloud forests meet coffee groves at 1640 MASL, a rare gem emerges. Alejandro Marín, a visionary grower with a passion for precision, has nurtured a Yirgacheffe varietal through a natural process that reveals its full expressive character.
This coffee is a whisper of rarity—only 12 bags were produced from this harvest, making it a true collector’s cup. Each bean carries the imprint of a microclimate where mist, soil, and sunlight conspire to create something extraordinary.
The aroma opens with dulce de leche and plum, evoking warmth and richness. On the palate, caramel and ripened orange unfold with juicy brightness, while fresh mint and white chocolate add a cooling, creamy elegance.
