Zatarains Fish Fri Crispy Southern Seafood breading mix is the secret to crispy and delicious Southern-style fried fish. This perfectly seasoned seafood breading is made with yellow corn meal, spices, savory garlic, onion and real lemon. Crispy Southern Fish Fri is all you need to prepare an authentic Louisiana fish fry. Simply roll or shake fish in the breading mix, then cook as desired- fry in a deep fryer, pan fry in a skillet or bake in the oven- until the crust is light golden brown and the fish is moist and tender on the inside. Great for tilapia, catfish or shrimp cakes. For a heartier coating, moisten the fish first in a milk-and-egg mixture. Or, for bold New Orleans flavor, coat with Zatarains Creole Mustard before rolling in the Fish Fri.
